You pay for what a seat can actually do

Administrators without commission access are not charged as advisers. There are no seat caps — add the people the practice needs, and grow without renegotiating a tier.

How billing works

No surprises in the invoice

Billing is part of the platform — mandates, collection runs, dunning stages and tax invoices all live here, not in a spreadsheet.

No seat caps

Add the people you need. There is no tier you outgrow at user sixteen.

You pay for what the role can do

If someone cannot touch commission, they are not charged as an adviser. The rate follows the permissions.

Heavy usage is metered fairly

AI help and signing volume show balances and top-ups. Quiet practices are not subsidising the heaviest user by default.

Collected by debit order

Mandates, collections and tax invoices sit in the product — not on someone’s desktop spreadsheet.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered plainly

How much does Wealth Stakr cost?

Per seat, per month, excluding VAT. Admin seats are R300. Advisor seats — with commission on their book — are R600. Co-Sec & Estates is a R300 add-on per person who needs it. Four advisers and three administrators is R3 300 a month.

Are there minimum users or seat caps?

No minimum and no cap. Every active person is billable, so you grow without changing product tier.

What decides Admin versus Advisor seat?

What the person is allowed to do. If they can reach commission, they bill as Advisor. If not, Admin. You are not charged adviser rates for pure administrators.

Is AI included in the seat price?

No. AI help and e-signature volume are metered with visible balances and top-ups, so light users are not paying for heavy ones by default.

How is it billed?

Monthly by debit order. Mandates, collections, reminders and tax invoices are part of the product.

Can we start with part of the product?

Yes. Start with clients and policies if you like, then switch on commission and compliance when the data is clean. Imports and clean-up queues are built for that path.
